Mobile Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

If You consent to receive text messages from Us, We may use Your mobile phone number to send You service-related, conversational, customer care, appointment, project update, account-related, missed-call follow-up, and marketing messages only in accordance with the consent You provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message, replying STOP where available, or contacting Us using the contact information listed below.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We may disclose Your Personal Data only in the limited circumstances described below:
